Sunny has been in the roofing business for more than 15 years.  His sincere concern for his customer's wellbeing has developed him a reputation for truly being the honest roofer that people appreciate.

Landon joined A&A with several years of experience.  He is one of the hardest working guys on the team and is as knowledgeable as it gets.  

Jeffrey brings his high energy and enthusiasm to the company.  With a ton of experience, Jeffrey is a great addition to the A&A Royal family.

Originally from Bentonville, AR, Alex brings a great attitude and initiative.  

Lindsay joined the A&A family in 2024.  She provides the best customer service you could ask for.  She has been a great addition. 

Mike began his journey into the industry in 2020 as a canvasser.  Mike takes pride in his job and we are glad to have him on the team. 

Steve has been in the business for more than 20 years.  He knows more than most about how to manage customer service.  We are proud to have him. 

Joseph came to us from Excelsior Springs, MO.  He has great interpersonal skills and puts customer service 1st. 

James is a strong part of our team.  He has been in the industry for 3 and a half years.  His experience and dedication to excellence makes him an important part of the team.

Wyatt is easily one of the most accomplished Project Managers/Claims Specialists in the Kansas City Metro Area.  He is incredibly knowledgeable and loves to share what he knows with everyone.  Wyatt loves his family, loves his career and is a real team player.
